with TV Noise
“Just Some Loops” was released on May 31, 2013. The track was produced with Dutch duo TV Noise, who were also part of the Spinnin’ Records roster at the time and active in the rising big-room scene.
Built around a stripped-back structure focused on rhythm and drop energy rather than melody or vocals, the track reflected the raw club-oriented sound both acts were exploring in 2013.
The release came at a pivotal moment. In clubs, “Animals” was already circulating heavily ahead of its official launch the following month. As attention rapidly shifted toward what would become one of the biggest dance records of the
decade, “Just Some Loops” remained more of an underground release in comparison.
Still, the collaboration captures a transitional phase in Martin’s career, right before his global breakthrough.
