Omnia :Where Garrix lights up the Strip

Published on October 17th, 2025

From his underage debut to unforgettable nights of sound and light, Martin Garrix has made Caesars Palace’s Omnia his home in Las Vegas.

Omnia Nightclub is the beating heart of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. While Celine Dion once reigned over the Colosseum next door, Omnia opened its doors in March 2015 within the same casino. From the very beginning, the club distinguished itself through the prestige of its resident DJs. Calvin Harris, Tiësto, Zedd, and of course Martin Garrix, have all turned its dance floor into one of the most sought-after spots on the Strip.

From the earliest construction phase, Martin Garrix was already involved in the project as one of Omnia’s upcoming resident artists. A fun fact about his early days there : when his residency began, he was still under 21, which legally barred him from being inside any venue serving alcohol. He had to be escorted directly to the stage and wasn’t allowed to stand among the crowd. Shortly after the grand opening, Justin Bieber celebrated his 21 st birthday at Omnia with Martin Garrix behind the decks.

When Martin himself turned 21, a private birthday celebration was held at the club with his parents in attendance, marking the first time he could officially walk inside. The rules may differ around the world, especially back home in the Netherlands, but this was his first legal night out at Omnia, a milestone in every sense.

A Masterpiece of Light and Sound

Beyond its lineup of world-class artists, Omnia is renowned for its jaw-dropping design and technology. The club’s centerpiece, the kinetic chandelier, weighs over 10 tons and required structural reinforcement of the ceiling to support it. Composed of eight concentric rings that move and light up in sync with the music, it has become the unmistakable symbol of the venue.

Omnia is divided into several areas: the Main Room and Balcony, the more intimate Heart of Omnia lounge, and an outdoor rooftop terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Thanks to its immersive light shows, sound design, and architectural spectacle, it’s consistently ranked among the most visually stunning nightlife venues in the world.

Unforgettable Nights

Since his first shows there more than a decade ago, Martin Garrix has experienced both magical and eventful nights at Omnia. On May 25, 2019, while jumping from his DJ booth, he accidentally collided with a transparent glass panel that hadn’t been there before. He finished the set injured and was later taken to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed torn ankle ligaments requiring surgery and six weeks of forced rest. More recently, an intoxicated guest threw a glass bottle toward the stage, hitting Martin and leaving a nasty cut, but as he likes to say, it’s better to focus on the positives.

And there are plenty of those. Omnia has been the scene of countless unforgettable moments, from the filming of music videos like “No Sleep” and “Mad,” to surprise guest appearances and friendships that defined an era. Artists such as Avicii, Zedd, Carolina Liar, and Lauv have shared the stage with him, while his longtime friend Justin Mylo often opens the night. Today, Omnia also hosts Martin’s special shows during the Las Vegas Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend and the annual EDC Las Vegas week, solidifying its place as a temple of modern electronic music and another home for Garrix fans around the world, alongside Amsterdam and Ibiza.
